Questions buyers ask first
Short answers on minimum order, lead time, payment, shipping, customisation and warranty.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For project orders, one 20GP container of mixed products. All categories can be combined. Dealers can start with a smaller trial order to test the market.
How long is production?
15–25 days after deposit for standard finishes. Custom sizes, colours or logos usually add 7–10 days. The proforma invoice shows a dated schedule.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight. Balance is paid after you receive inspection and loading photos.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?
Both. FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou (Nansha) is standard; we quote CIF to your port through our forwarder on request.
Can you match the products in my BOQ?
Yes. Send the BOQ in any format with reference images if you have them. We propose a model for every line and point out where a different size or finish saves cost or time.
Do you provide 3D layouts?
Yes, free for project inquiries. Send the floor plan and headcount and we return a furniture layout and renderings in 3–5 working days.
Can you produce custom sizes and colours?
Most desk, workstation and storage dimensions can be adjusted, and finishes can be matched to a colour reference. We confirm feasibility and cost in the quotation.
How is furniture packed?
Knock-down in 5-layer export cartons with foam corners. Glass and stone parts are crated. Cartons can be labelled by floor and room number from your drawings.
Which certificates do you have?
Panels are E1-grade (E0 on request). Test reports and certificates are sent with each quotation, and third-party inspection by SGS, QIMA or similar is welcome.
What warranty do you give?
10 years on structure and panels, 3 years on hardware such as gas lifts, slides and locks. Replacement parts ship free within warranty.
Do you help with installation?
We supply exploded assembly drawings in English, installation videos and live video support for your installers. On-site supervision for large projects can be discussed.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We pick you up from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Foshan station and arrange a showroom and production visit. Book on the factory page.
