- Metal framesSteel and aluminium frames welded and powder-coated.
- Paint finishingUp to eight steps for executive finishes.
- UpholsteryChairs and sofas cut, sewn and assembled.
- QC & trial assemblySample sets assembled and checked against drawings.
- Packing & loadingExport cartons, room labels, loading report.
What we check before your container is closed
Incoming materials
Board grade, thickness and emission class checked per batch; hardware tested against our supplier specs.
In-line inspection
Dimensions, edge quality and colour consistency checked at each workstation.
Pre-shipment report
Photos of finished goods, packing and loading sent to you before the balance payment. Third-party inspection (SGS, QIMA, etc.) welcome.

Visit the factory and showroom
Most partners visit once before the first container. We pick you up from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Foshan high-speed rail station and arrange the day around your project.
